How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and earrings are final sale.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as our curated collections may have slight variations in fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Afterpay.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
