Package Your Items
Place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
